Objectives
  • Stabilizes the trunk, scapulae, shoulders, and arms to maintain upper‐body support and alignment.

  • Mobilizes the knee and hip through controlled flexion and extension while the torso remains steady.

  • Challenges coordination by integrating a bicycle‐like leg action with breath control, while building endurance in the stabilizers of the trunk, scapula, shoulders, and arms.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
