Objectives
  • Stretches and lengthens the hamstrings to improve flexibility and reduce tightness.

  • Engages and strengthens the core to maintain balance and proper alignment throughout the stretch.

  • Promotes proper alignment of the spine, shoulders, and hips to support posture and reduce injury risk.

  • Activates the quadriceps and other leg muscles to support and stabilize the stretch while enhancing overall leg strength.

  • Develops proprioception and body awareness through mindful, precise positioning and movement.

  • Encourages balanced flexibility and strength between both legs for even muscular development.

  • Reduces injury risk by gently and effectively improving muscle resilience and flexibility.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
