Objectives
  • Increases mobility through the thoracic spine to enhance upper‐back extension and rotation.

  • Stretches the shoulder extensors and flexors and releases tension in the chest to open the front of the body.

  • Creates length through the entire anterior chain while deepening the stretch of the spinal extensors with the support of the barrel.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
