Objectives
  • Develops abdominal control and scapular stabilization while strengthening the back extensors.

  • Strengthens the musculature responsible for bringing the spine into extension.

  • Uses focused muscular engagement to support the spine and promote length through the back and trunk.

  • Maintains leg position with gentle adduction to enhance overall stabilization through the midline.

  • Expands shoulder range of motion and supports proper shoulder alignment, helping reduce tension and improve functional movement patterns.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
