Objectives
  • The pedal is pressed down through deep abdominal engagement, initiating the movement from the center rather than the arms.

  • Connects the scapular stabilizers to the abdominals and core, creating an integrated support system for controlled, efficient movement and scapular stabilization.

  • Emphasize cueing for smooth, consistent articulation through the upper trunk while preventing any rocking or shifting at the hips.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
