Objectives
  • Develops hip extensor control and torso stabilization while strengthening the knee extensors.

  • Maintains pelvic stability as the body moves through a coordinated, sequential firing of the correct muscles.

  • Improves balance by stabilizing the torso and pelvis during dynamic movement.

  • Increases strength and control in the supporting leg to reinforce steady, well‐aligned motion.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
