Objectives
  • Utilizes abdominal contraction to initiate and guide spinal rotation.

  • Develops strength in the spinal flexors and spinal rotators to support controlled movement.

  • Connects the shoulders to the abdominals to support proper scapulohumeral rhythm and maintain aligned, coordinated upper-body movement.

  • Encourages full, intentional breathing to clear stale air from the lungs and create space for a deeper, more expansive inhale.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
