Objectives
  • Develops spinal rotation while maintaining lateral flexion.

  • Strengthens the posterior spinal rotators to generate the force needed to press the pedal downward with control.

  • Strengthens and refines oblique abdominal control while lengthening the spinal rotators.

  • Increases mobility through the thoracic spine for smoother, more expansive rotation.

  • Builds pelvic and leg stability to support controlled torso movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
