Objectives
Strengthens the abdominals and spinal flexors to flex the trunk without lifting the shoulders, while maintaining the legs elevated with control.
Develops trunk stabilization through co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors.

Strengthens the hip flexors to hold the legs parallel to the floor.
Stretches the chest and arms to improve upper‐body mobility.
