Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals and spinal flexors to flex the trunk without lifting the shoulders, while maintaining the legs elevated with control.

  • Develops trunk stabilization through co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors.

  • Creates stability in the lumbo- pelvic region as the body lowers with the arms extended back.

  • Strengthens the hip flexors to hold the legs parallel to the floor.

  • Stretches the chest and arms to improve upper‐body mobility.

  • Prepares the body for Teaser.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
