Objectives
  • Develops abdominal strength and control while engaging the muscles of the hips, back, and shoulders.

  • Enhances torso stabilization and increases the ability to articulate the spine with control.

  • Stabilizes the scapulae while the spine moves into flexion. Improves balance and promotes coordinated, sequential muscle activation for efficient movement.

  • Improves flexibility and neuromuscular control of the lower‐back muscles.

  • Increases hamstring flexibility to support balanced movement patterns.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
