Objectives
Strengthens the abdominals and hip adductors while coordinating shoulder alignment.
Builds abdominal strength with co‐contraction of the back extensors to support trunk stability.
Connects the shoulders to the abdominals to support proper scapulohumeral rhythm and optimal shoulder alignment.
Keeps the pelvis steady and the head aligned with the body while initiating the movement from the hip adductors.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
