Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals and hip adductors while coordinating shoulder alignment.

  • Builds abdominal strength with co‐contraction of the back extensors to support trunk stability.

  • Connects the shoulders to the abdominals to support proper scapulohumeral rhythm and optimal shoulder alignment.

  • Keeps the pelvis steady and the head aligned with the body while initiating the movement from the hip adductors.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
