Objectives
Develops hamstring strength and enhances pelvic stabilization.
Builds hamstring strength which is responsible for bending the knee and refines motor control.
Promotes steady stabilization through the trunk, scapulae, and pelvis as the leg moves. Mobilizes the knees and hips through controlled flexion and extension.
Emphasize cueing for pelvic stability and maintaining a neutral pelvis.
Encourages bending the legs to approximately 90 degrees and avoiding pressing the pedals fully down to prevent over‐recruitment of the hip flexors.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
