Objectives
  • Develops hamstring strength and enhances pelvic stabilization.

  • Builds hamstring strength which is responsible for bending the knee and refines motor control.

  • Promotes steady stabilization through the trunk, scapulae, and pelvis as the leg moves. Mobilizes the knees and hips through controlled flexion and extension.

  • Emphasize cueing for pelvic stability and maintaining a neutral pelvis.

  • Encourages bending the legs to approximately 90 degrees and avoiding pressing the pedals fully down to prevent over‐recruitment of the hip flexors.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
