  • Strengthens the posterior shoulder and trunk rotators to support powerful, well-organized rotational control.

  • Trains steady stabilization of the shoulder and scapula to keep the arm clear, connected, and precise.

  • Builds coordinated, integrated control of the core muscles to anchor the movement with stability and ease.

  • Targets the posterior muscles involved in rotational control, especially those that connect the scapula and shoulder, to create stronger, more integrated support through the upper back and shoulder complex.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
