  • Strengthens the latissimus dorsi and pectoralis major for powerful, well-supported upper-body movement.

  • Trains integrated stabilization of the scapula, pelvis, and torso to create a strong, connected base.

  • Mobilizes the shoulder through controlled adduction and abduction while maintaining overall alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
