Objectives
  • Enhance trunk and scapular stability while strengthening the elbow extensors.

  • Enhance control over the deep abdominal muscles to stabilize the body when moving the arms.

  • Engaging the mid and upper back muscles along with the posterior deltoids helps keep the shoulder blades broad and lowered (without squeezing them together).

  • Keeping the elbows elevated and extended outward ensures alignment and helps the body maintain the correct position.

  • Concentrate on the triceps muscles and refrain from squeezing the scapula.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
