Objectives
Enhance trunk and scapular stability while strengthening the elbow extensors.
Enhance control over the deep abdominal muscles to stabilize the body when moving the arms.
Engaging the mid and upper back muscles along with the posterior deltoids helps keep the shoulder blades broad and lowered (without squeezing them together).
Keeping the elbows elevated and extended outward ensures alignment and helps the body maintain the correct position.
Concentrate on the triceps muscles and refrain from squeezing the scapula.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
