Objectives
  • Strengthens the latissimus dorsi, triceps, and posterior deltoid to support powerful, well-organized pulling and extension mechanics.

  • Stretches the front of the shoulder and anterior deltoid to open the chest and balance shoulder mobility.

  • Creates smooth lubrication in the shoulder and elbow joints through controlled, continuous circular movement that encourages glide, ease, and healthy joint mechanics.

  • Challenges the stabilization of the abdominals, pelvic floor, and leg muscles, creating steady, integrated foundation for the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
