Objectives
  • Build strength in the abdominals and back extensors while guiding the spine through flexion and rotation and lengthening the hamstrings for greater overall mobility.


  • Enhance the shoulders’ ability to move freely while maintaining steady, well-organized control through their full range.


  • Enhance hip-flexor control while coordinating motion through the upper body.


  • Sustain steady scapular support as you articulate the spine and guide the upper body into controlled forward flexion and rotational movement.


  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
