Objectives
  • Lengthen the entire side body by opening the obliques, the lateral back muscles, and the outer shoulder tissues, creating a broad, spacious arc from hip to ribcage arm.

  • Strengthen the trunk and shoulder stabilizers while increasing torso mobility and building strong, well-organized oblique support.

  • Develop oblique strength and control as the lateral flexors lengthen, keeping the torso steady through side-bending.

  • Open the hips while staying grounded and anchored through the sit bones to maintain clear, stable alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
