  • Uses the abdominals to stabilize the hips and maintain clear lumbo-pelvic control.

  • Maintains steady torso stabilization through the abdominal connection during upright, fluid arm movements.

  • Sustains pelvic stability and balanced organization in the split stance for controlled, coordinated motion.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
