Objectives
  • Increases shoulder mobility and stability through smooth, well-organized arm movement.

  • Strengthens the latissimus dorsi, spinal extensors, and abdominal muscles to create an integrated support system.

  • Coordinates the actions of the arms, shoulders & spinal extensors for efficient, connected upper-body mechanics.

  • Develops deep abdominal control to stabilize the trunk while the arms move in a prone and extended position.

  • Teaches lumbo-pelvis stabilization through the co- contraction of the abdominals and hip extensors to create an anchor as the back moves into extension.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
