Objectives
  • Develop integrated coordination between the leg muscles and the spinal flexors and extensors, using the Spine Corrector to establish these neuromuscular connections before introducing more complex torso movement.

  • Strengthen the back extensors, hamstrings, and the adductor group to create a powerful, supportive base for controlled leg and pelvic motion.

  • Build strength and endurance throughout the shoulder‐girdle musculature, enhancing upper‐body stability and postural organization.

  • Improve pelvic–lumbar stabilization by reinforcing the powerhouse, allowing the core to guide movement with greater precision, balance, and overall integration.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
