Objectives
Strengthen the pectoral muscles and shoulder horizontal adductors to create balanced, controlled pressure into the circle.
Use the Magic Circle to increase torso stability by engaging the deep abdominals an upper‐body support system.
Increase awareness of the mid‐back connection while upright, encouraging the thoracic extensors to stay active and integrated.
Improve shoulder‐girdle stability by organizing the scapulae and maintaining consistent upper‐body alignment throughout the movement.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
