Objectives
  • Strengthen the pectoral muscles and shoulder horizontal adductors to create balanced, controlled pressure into the circle.

  • Use the Magic Circle to increase torso stability by engaging the deep abdominals an upper‐body support system.

  • Increase awareness of the mid‐back connection while upright, encouraging the thoracic extensors to stay active and integrated.

  • Improve shoulder‐girdle stability by organizing the scapulae and maintaining consistent upper‐body alignment throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
