Objectives
  • Increase abdominal strength by keeping the body completely still as the legs work against gravity, reinforcing deep core control.

  • Strengthen the hip flexors, hip extensors, and hip adductors to support balanced, well‐organized leg mechanics.

  • Use the hip adductors to hold the circle, enhancing low‐abdominal activation through the inner‐leg connection.

  • Engage the arms to maintain scapular stabilization, providing a steady upper‐body anchor for the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
