Objectives
  • Improves hip flexor strength and control while using the co‐contraction of the back extensors and abdominals to stabilize the pelvic–lumbar connection.

  • Strengthens the abdominals to enhance overall torso stabilization.

  • Develops deep abdominal engagement while maintaining pelvic stability as the legs move smoothly through their range.

  • Uses hand placement to provide support and help the body maintain proper alignment throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
