Objectives
  • Mobilizes the spine through controlled, sequential, articulated movement through flexion and extension.

  • Challenges shoulder stabilization as the arms move independently of the trunk.

  • Combines Hug-a-Tree and Shaving to strengthen the shoulders and arms while coordinating the spine through flexion and extension, creating a layered challenge to overall coordination, timing, and control.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
