Objectives
  • Develops deep abdominal connections and strength while articulating the spine from extension.

  • Utilizes the abdominal muscles to guide the torso from extension into flexion with control.

  • Increases abdominal strength and enhances mobility of the spinal flexors.

  • Maintains scapular stabilization to support smooth, organized torso movement.

  • Uses back flexibility to facilitate the transition through the full range of motion.

  • Stabilizes the pelvis to ensure the movement is isolated to the spine and reflects its available flexibility.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
